Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview

1.1 Membership covers a 12-month programme, beginning on the date of registration.

1.2 The programme is designed for children aged 2–6 years.

1.3 Sessions are held weekly during school term time only (excluding school holidays and public holidays).

1.4 A parent or guardian must stay on site at all times during sessions and is encouraged to actively join in to help their child learn, play, and have fun.

 

2. Fees and Payments

2.1 The membership fee is £29.50 per month, payable by direct debit or another agreed method.

2.2 Payments are taken monthly in advance.

2.3 Fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances approved by The Club.

2.4 If a payment fails or is missed, The Club reserves the right to pause your child’s place until payment is received.

 

3. Renewal and Cancellation

3.1 Membership runs for 12 consecutive months.

3.2 Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing *one month’s written notice*.

 3.3 After the 12-month period, members may choose to renew onto the next programme or age group.

3.4 Early cancellation within the first 12 months is not permitted, except for relocation or medical reasons (with evidence provided).

 

4. Attendance and Behaviour

4.1 Children and parents are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and other families.

4.2 Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising and supporting their child throughout each session.

4.3 The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if behaviour repeatedly disrupts sessions or poses a safety risk.

 

5. Safety and Supervision

5.1 All sessions are delivered by qualified coaches in a safe and engaging environment.

5.2 Parents/guardians must remain with their child for the entire duration of each session.

5.3 The Club is not responsible for children before or after the scheduled session time.

 

6. Health and Medical Conditions

6.1 Please inform The Club of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs before sessions begin.

 6.2 In the event of an emergency, you authorise The Club to seek appropriate medical attention for your child.

 

7. Media and Photography

7.1 The Club may occasionally take photos or videos during sessions for promotional use (e.g., website or social media).

7.2 You may opt out of this by ticking the box below: I do not give permission for my child to appear in any photos or videos.

 

8. Liability

8.1 The Club will take all reasonable steps to ensure your child’s safety but accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury except where caused by negligence.

8.2 Personal belongings are brought at your own risk.

 

9. Data Protection

9.1 All personal information is handled in line with UK Data Protection Laws (GDPR).

9.2 Information is used only for administration, communication, and safeguarding purposes related to the programme.

 

10. Changes to Terms

10.1 The Club may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

10.2 Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes. By completing registration and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
